I honed my craft under the tutelage of master filmmakers at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and FAMU in Prague. I’ve also got a decade-plus of experience in national television news production. As a producer for NBC News, I traveled all across the United States (and beyond) in pursuit of captivating visual stories that touched on the zeitgeist of our times. This real-world experience has proven to be a perfect training ground for developing into a decisive filmmaker capable of navigating fast-changing variables under time pressure.

I traded New York’s skyscrapers for Prague’s towers and spires in 2021, but I continue to work in the U.S., the U.K, and anywhere else where a project might take me. Outside of cinematography, I also moonlight as a documentary editor, and DJ/community event organizer (under the alias Nisan).
